Yes, there is a strict policy that our services cannot be used if you are under the age of 18 as per our terms and conditions.
Cosmetic injectables are considered safe and are widely used however there are some contraindications which, if present, would mean it is simply unsafe for you to have the procedure. Please read the contraindications section under the specific treatment page to see if any apply to you.

You are booking in a face-to-face consultation with your chosen practitioner so that you can ask questions, gain a further understanding and discuss a tailored treatment plan once your practitioner has assessed you. Once both you and your practitioner are happy to go ahead you can then proceed with treatment. Based on your practitioner's stock and availability, treatment can be administered there and then or you can be invited back for another time.
The deposit secures your face-to-face consultation slot and gives you access to e-consultations and your online pro-forma. These features are explored further below.
Should you choose to go ahead with the treatment after your consultation, the deposit paid is redeemable against the full treatment price. You just need to pay the remainder.
Even if you’ve had the treatment before from the same practitioner, we still recommend the face-to-face consultation so your practitioner can assess how best to maintain your look rather than enhance it.
Do mention the fact you’ve had treatment before during your e-consultation so your practitioner can prepare to administer treatment during your booked slot rather than solely consulting you.
You should pay the remaining balance only once both you and your practitioner are happy to go ahead with the treatment and before treatment is administered.
Pay by logging into your dashboard, selecting options under your appointment and then ‘Pay Now’. Funds will automatically be deducted from the card you paid your deposit with. Your practitioner will only begin treatment once this is completed.
There is absolutely no obligation to go ahead with treatment after your booked consultation. You are free to change your mind at any point before treatment. If you do decide this before your face-to-face consultation, please do cancel your appointment to let your practitioner know.
The deposit paid to book your consultation appointment is non-refundable.
If during your face-to-face consultation you wish to have, or your practitioner recommends, additional areas or treatments, these can be added to your remaining balance.
We pride ourselves on on-boarding the best medical aesthetic professionals however in the case you are not satisfied with your results, you can contact your practitioner through e- consultation which will remain open. Practitioners also offer follow up appointments where they can address any concerns.

If you have opted for a home visit, please ensure the following conditions are met as the practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if conditions are not deemed acceptable. This is for your safety.
- Please ensure the vicinity is clean and there is ample space for the treatment
- Have a chair ready where you can get the treatment from
- Ensure children are supervised and any pets are in a separate room
To cancel your booking, log in to your dashboard and click Options for that particular appointment. You can now select the option to cancel your appointment.
To reschedule your booking, log in to your dashboard and click Options for that particular appointment. You can now select the option to reschedule your appointment. This will take you back to the availability of your chosen practitioner so you can select an alternate slot.

Once a booking has been made a direct line of communication is opened between you and your practitioner. Use the instant messaging service to discuss the treatment and feel free to ask any questions you may have on the procedure.
The online pro-forma is a medical questionnaire used to help your practitioner in gathering your medical history and designing a bespoke treatment plan. You can access this once a booking has been made under Options for that particular appointment in your dashboard.
Please be sure to answer every question before submitting. Your practitioner will be automatically notified once completed.
This is not a problem and is exactly why we opt for booking consultations rather than the actual treatment. If upon your consultation your practitioner determines a different treatment is needed, they can update the pricing from their end and administer the new treatment instead.
This boils down to personal preference but we recommend consulting the lip scale found on the lip filler treatment page. 1ml is generally needed to move from one stage to the next.
Having said that, we highly recommend a maximum of 1ml per sitting as it is always best to reassess the fullness of your lips after each administration as it can take up to 1-2 weeks for the swelling to resolve completely.

Anti-wrinkle injection injections work by limiting the movement of underlying muscles, however when administered by a trained medical professional with a knowledge of anatomy, the stereotype ‘frozen’ look can be replaced by something more natural.
In the wrong hands and without the knowledge of facial anatomy, lip filler can give the appearance of ‘duck face’. However being seen by a skilled medical professional and speaking about your goals during your consultation will result in a more proportioned pout.
Although it's true that filler will be added in the nose, it is very little compared to say cheek or chin filler treatments. The filler is also injected strategically to even out any bumps and lift tips. The now more symmetrical nose has the appearance that it's smaller.
